- I am a huge Green Bay Packer fan and always have been. My favorite part of the year may be the offseason with all of the free agent signings and the draft. So that is what I will focus on. I'll give you my opinion as a fan!!!
I think this paragraph is a good summation of how the Packers current personnel fits the 3-4:

In my honest opinion, I think Dom Capers and the 3-4 will be a good change and I think Wyche makes a good point. Much of how Green Bay transitions will be predicated on how well the Packers do in the draft and the free agent period.
I completely agree. While they have some holes to fill this offseason, they have a lot of the positions set. That could change once they get into training camp and guys don't perform as expected. So we'll see.
